Welcome, Cherryl Moote!
We are off to a strong start of visiting artists to the Happy Stamper! We are thrilled to welcome Canadian artist, Cherryl Moote, for a series of workshops April 18 & 19. Cherryl’s background in calligraphy and the lettering arts, her love of papers, fabrics and handmade books, her experience as a teacher and her ability to write clear instructions have all contributed to the success of her series of bookbinding and paper crafting books. Her company, Moote Points Inc., publishes instruction books for artists. To date there are seven titles in print including her latest book, Photo Op. Over the course of 2008-2009 her company is debuting a new line of instruction books and accompanying DVDs called Weekend Intensives. Cherryl has taught across North America for guilds, retailers and conferences.
